2022 TORONTO CHAPEL DESIGNS!

We Put Together All Our Toronto Chapel Designs of 2022!

It’s safe to say that The Pop-Up Chapel Co.’s design team is the most creative! The Pop-Up Chapel Co. takes sustainability, inclusivity, and simplicity into consideration when dreaming up designs for our Chapels. Every Chapel we do is completely unique and has its own incredible components. We compiled ALL of our designs of our 2022 Pop-Up Chapels - which one is your fav?!

May 19th & 20th at Evergreen Brickworks BMO Atrium - Photo by Rita Kravchuk

Evergreen Brickworks BMO Atrium became our own personal secret garden! We repurposed in house materials by painting it light green and adding aesthetic greenery with pops of florals from Flower Treasures and created an enchanted forest-themed backdrop. This Chapel design kickstarted the 2022 Chapel season! A mix of pinks and greens complemented the industrial brick and graffiti walls, and matched the beautiful spring greenery surrounding Evergreen Brickworks!

June 3rd at Steam Whistle - Photo by Luna Weddings

Steam Whistle was home to an airy and subtle Chapel! The brewery at the heart of Toronto was the space for 9 incredible couples to get married just steps away from the CN Tower. Our team used textured ivory panels and a lush cascading flowers from Ashton Creative, that are the perfect representation of a beautiful Toronto spring! Our team created the perfect vibe for this Chapel, pairing the elegant lounge by Divine Rentals with the rustic meets industrial vibe of Steam Whistle’s Pilsner Hall.

June 23rd & 24th at The Henley Room - Photo by Luna Weddings

Our first ever Chapel at The Henley Room and it was a pretty one. Hues of purples, blues and pinks for a gorgeous watercolour Chapel! For this backdrop, The Pop-Up Chapel Team hand painted the wood panel backdrop in an incredible gradient that mimicked the colours of the waterfront. Narcissus and Echo used bold, rich florals that brought the entire Chapel together. This refreshing Chapel design shows the versatility and elegance of The Henley Room!

July 8th at The Symes - Photo by Alicia Thurston

All the Boho vibes were brought to this amazing historic Toronto venue. The industrial style of The Symes was perfectly paired with the modern take on a vintage living room inspired lounge from Divine Rentals, and cream, orange and dried florals from Flower Treasures. The best part about this Chapel’s backdrop is that it’s made of recycled and repurposed apple cartons, painted in ivory and put together to create a stunning boho arch.

July 21st & 22nd at Globe and Mail Centre - Photo by Rachael Reid

Bringing sun to this July summer Chapel! The inspiration for this Chapel was all the bright colours like pink, red and yellow as a fun contrast to the black silhouette low sun backdrop. Snowberry Botanicals brought colourful blooming florals that created an energetic vibe to this downtown Toronto venue. The Globe and Mail is the perfect venue for the city lovers, and it’s iconic view of the Toronto skyline perfectly complements any Chapel backdrop!

August 10th & 11th at The Henley Room - Photo by Luna Weddings

If you are looking for a trendy design, look no more! This overlapping and aysmmetrical wavy backdrop painted with the cutest shades of sage was a perfect match with the wavy lakefront from The Henley Room. To accentuate the backdrop, Snowberry Botanicals brought the most summery florals to pop with our wicker and blush lounge from Glamorous Affairs. Our 19 couples tied the knot in the most stylish and fun Chapel!

September 15th & 16th at Koerner Gardens - Photo by Rita Kravchuk

The ivory butterfly wing backdrop complemented the beautiful bricked space of Koerner Gardens. These structures, made of hanger wires and fabric, created abstract shapes that gave the perfect delicate vibes for the fall colours of the indoor garden. We had the amazing Tipsy Turny Trailer that served the best Chapel drinks and a comfy and elegant lounge. We love how the florals from Flower Treasures elevated the backdrop shapes and turned the venue into the most special space for our 20 happily married couples!

October 21st at The Symes - Photo by Luna Weddings

A luxurious jewel toned velvet Chapel! Using repurposed backdrops and velvet material, our team draped gorgeous textiles over triangular shapes to create this symmetrical backdrop. Flower Child Muskoka put together the most beautiful and rich floral arrangements that tied the Chapel look together. The iconic Chapel marquee sign made an appearance, and with some fun colourful shapes, it created an incredible photo opp for our couples getting hitched at The Symes!

November 11th at Henley Room - Photo by Alicia Thurston

Warm decor for cool fall Chapel! With a mix of red, orange and greens, we turned this waterfront venue into the coziest wedding venue. With frames from Desenio, the gorgeous in house stone fireplace, and the help of Make Lemonade with incredible crawling florals and greenery, we created this immersive backdrop, blooming with the love of our 6 happy couples! For the cherry on top, we had the Chapel marquee letters that brought that extra bit of light and style to The Henley Room.
